WHAT WE DID

An above ceiling water supply line burst leading to flooding in this family room. All flooring was ruined, ceiling panels, insulation, and walls were soaked, and mold had started to surface throughout the room.

Insurance was involved. Full gut to studs and remodel was decided upon. Structure, windows and doors remained, but everything else got demoed.

New LVP flooring, drywall walls & ceiling, LED lighting throughout, trim and casework were installed along with assorted other repairs and changes.
